Pick-Up Terms Summary Operating Hours: Standard delivery and pick-up occur between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a minimum 12-hour service window. Setup/Breakdown Not Included: Available for an additional fee. Delivery/Pick-Up Timing: Arrival can occur anytime within the selected window, which does not include loading/unloading time. Customer Responsibility: Ensure correct item dimensions for elevator/stair access; stairs/elevation incur extra charges. No Refunds for Unused Items. Acceptance & Return: A person 18+ must be present for delivery/pick-up. Items not accepted on time will be returned with no refunds. Arrival Notification: The delivery crew will call/text 15–45 minutes before arrival. Customers must meet them within 5 minutes to avoid return. Pick-Up Window: Rental items must be returned the next business day (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM), properly packed. Ground Floor Drop-Off Only: No deliveries beyond the ground floor entry. Stairs/elevation require additional charges. No Unattended Deliveries: We do not deliver, pick up, or enter unattended properties.
