Product Description
- Optional setup/breakdown (Tables & Chairs) service offered for an additional fee.
- Delivery Window: Arrival can be anytime within the selected timeframe.
- Customer Responsibility: Ensure accurate dimensions for stairs/elevators. No refunds for unused items.
- Acceptance & Return: Someone 18+ must be present for delivery/pick-up. Items must be returned in the same condition and quantity.
- Arrival Notification: Delivery crew calls 15–45 minutes prior and must be met within 5 minutes to avoid item return and forfeiture of refund/credit.
- Pick-Up Option: Available next business day (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM); items must be properly packed and stacked.
- Delivery Specifics: Drop-off at the ground floor entry only. Stairs/elevation incur additional charges.
- Breakdown Fees: Additional charges apply if items are not stacked/stored properly at pick-up.
- Delivery Time Buffer: Allow at least 1 hour before the event for potential delays (weather, traffic, etc.).
