Naszbee’s Event Rentals LLC – Terms &  Conditions

Rental Responsibilities: Customers must supervise all rented equipment and will be liable for any damage, loss, or cleaning fees. Full payment is due two weeks before the event. Credit card
payments incur a 4% processing fee, and a valid card must be provided.

Inspection & Safety:

Customers must inspect equipment upon receipt and report defects immediately. Safe loading, unloading, and transportation are the customer’s responsibility. Any
safety concerns or damages must be reported to Naszbee's Event Rentals immediately.

Setup & Usage:

Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring the event site is ready. Only Naszbee's staff may adjust or move rented items. In high winds (40+MPH), tents must be evacuated. Customers must not damage or alter tents and sidewalls.

Liability & Indemnification:

Customers assume all risks related to rental equipment and agree to indemnify Naszbee’s Event Rentals from any claims, damages, or injuries. The company isnot liable for weather-related disruptions, power outages, or misuse of equipment.

Cancellations & Refunds:

    1. Reservations under $500: 30-day notice required for a 50% deposit refund.
    2. Reservations over $500: 90-day notice required for a 50% deposit refund.
    3. No refunds for cancellations outside these terms or after delivery.

Equipment Return & Damages: Customers must return equipment in the same condition as received. Charges apply for any damages, loss, or required cleaning. Failure to return items mayresult in legal action or additional charges.

By renting from Naszbee’s Event Rentals LLC, the customer agrees to these terms.
